Convention center production is a different discipline than hotel ballroom work. The rooms are bigger, the AV requirements are more complex, and the coordination with in-house teams takes more lead time. We know how to manage that. Does the Miami Airport Convention Center have in-house AV? Do you work with it?
Yes. The MACC has in-house AV. We coordinate with their team before the event to confirm what integrates and what we bring ourselves. That conversation happens early so nothing is figured out the day of.
Do you do corporate conferences and galas at the MACC?
Yes. This is what the venue is designed for and what we do most here. LED video walls, IMAG camera systems, professional audio for keynotes, branded lighting. If you have a specific production need for your conference or gala, tell us and we'll tell you if we can do it.
Can you handle large-scale events at the MACC?
Yes. The MACC has the space for large-format events and we have the gear to fill it. Multi-room setups, high-capacity ballrooms, convention floors. We build a production plan specific to your layout and scale it from there.

Special effects need prior approval and fire safety sign-off at the MACC. We handle the submission process as part of our event prep. Cold sparks are typically approvable. Fog and CO2 depend on the specific space. We confirm what's cleared before your event date.
Do you handle product launches and conferences at the MACC?
Yes. Product launches and conferences are a regular part of our work at convention venues. LED walls for presentations, IMAG for speaker feeds, wireless mics, professional audio for large rooms. We handle the technical build-out and run it the day of.
